Cancellation and Travel Policy – Tempo Traveller Booking
To ensure a smooth and transparent travel experience, customers are requested to review the following booking and travel terms before confirming a vehicle. These guidelines help maintain clear expectations for both travelers and the service provider when booking a tempo traveller for rent in Bangalore.
- Driver Bata Timing – Driver allowance is included for travel between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. If the trip continues after 10:00 PM or before 6:00 AM, an additional driver bata charge will apply. This extra charge is standard practice for late-night travel with a tempo traveller rental in Bangalore.
- Toll, Parking, and Interstate Charges – All toll fees, parking charges, and interstate permit costs must be paid directly by the customer during the journey. These charges are not included in the vehicle rental cost. Please note that Arunodaya Cabs will not provide bills for tolls or parking fees, as these are paid at the respective checkpoints.
- Minimum Kilometre Billing – A minimum of 300 kilometres per day will be considered for billing, even if the total travel distance is less. This standard policy applies to most tempo traveller hire services in Bangalore for both local and outstation travel.
- Lost or Damaged Personal Items – Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. Arunodaya Cabs will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced items left inside the vehicle after the journey is completed.
- Vehicle Cleanliness and Seat Damage – Customers are requested to maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle. If the seats or interior become excessively dirty or damaged, additional cleaning or repair charges may apply.
- Advance Payment Policy – The advance booking amount is non- refundable once the reservation has been confirmed. This helps secure the vehicle and driver for the scheduled trip date.
