Terms and Conditions – Arunodaya Cabs

Welcome to Arunodaya Cabs. By booking any of our vehicles, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Booking Confirmation – A 10% advance payment confirms your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the journey concludes.

  2. Payment Structure 

  • Initial booking: 10% of the total fare.

  • Fuel charges: 50% payable when the vehicle arrives.

  • Remaining balance: payable at the end of the trip.

  1. Distance and Trip Calculation – Kilometer readings for trips start and end at the garage.

  2. Vehicle Damage Policy – Customers are responsible for any interior or exterior damage caused to the vehicle during the trip. Damage due to taking congested or unsafe roads will be billed to the customer.

  3. Goods and Services Tax (GST) – A 5% GST is applicable on all vehicle rentals.

  4. Interstate Permits – Valid for a 7-day round trip (only one entry). No permits are issued after the trip, and no bill/receipt is provided for long-term permits.

  5. Additional Charges – Parking and toll charges are paid directly by the customer; receipts will not be issued.

  6. Vehicle Breakdowns – Despite regular maintenance, unforeseen breakdowns may occur. Alternative arrangements for vehicles will be provided promptly.

  7. Customer Belongings – Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.

  8. Prohibited Activities – Smoking, alcohol, or carrying illegal items is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.

  9. First Aid – All vehicles are equipped with a complete first aid kit.

  10. Inclusions – Local packages include fuel, seat covers, a DVD/LCD player, and MP3 player.

  11. Exclusions – Package prices exclude GST, airport tolls, and parking fees, which are payable by the customer.

  12. Sightseeing and Entrance Fees – All entrance fees for sightseeing or attractions are borne by the customer.

  13. Driver Batta

  • Local trips: applies after 10 hours of service or between 10 PM and 6 AM.

  • Outstation trips: any travel between 10 PM and 6 AM attracts additional charges.

  • If traveling to remote locations, food for the driver will be provided by the customer.

  1. Cleaning Charges – Vehicles decorated for weddings, functions, or special events will incur cleaning charges. Charges also apply for stains, smells, vomit, or messes.

  2. Minimum Kilometers/Day – Minimum chargeable distance: 300 km/day. New billing starts as per the calendar day.

  3. Extra Charges – Additional costs such as parking, tolls, and permits are the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Guide Services – Guides are not included in the package and are available at an extra cost.

  5. Trip Conclusion – Any additional charges beyond the agreed fare must be settled before the journey concludes.

  6. Local Usage Surcharge – Usage beyond 8 hours for local travel attracts additional charges.

  7. Vehicle Availability – If a vehicle is unavailable after booking confirmation, a refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.

  8. Factors Beyond Control – Delays due to traffic congestion, flight delays, or roadblocks are extra and not the company’s responsibility.

  9. Rate Variability – Quoted rates may vary during long weekends, holidays, or peak seasons.

  10. Baggage Allowance – Baggage allowance is based on vehicle capacity. The company is not responsible for lost valuables.

  11. Cancellation / Refund Policy – All bookings are non-refundable.

  12. Complaints – Complaints must be reported within 7 days of trip completion for consideration.

  13. Cancellation by the Company – If the company cancels a trip, a full refund will be issued within 3–4 working days.

  14. Toll and Parking Charges – Charges for airport or parking are not included in the package and are paid by the customer.

  15. Meals and Accommodation – Meals and accommodation are not included and must be arranged separately.

  16. Package Price – Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

  17. Passenger Travel Insurance – Travel insurance is not provided. Customers are advised to arrange their own coverage.

  18. Traffic and Road Delays – Travel duration may vary due to traffic congestion or road repair work.

  19. Weather Conditions – Trips may be adjusted for heavy rain, storms, or natural disasters.

  20. AC Vehicles – In AC vehicles, air-conditioning may be switched off at guard stations or restricted areas.

  21. Customer Behavior – The company reserves the right to refuse service to unruly, intoxicated, or unsafe passengers.

  22. Trip Alterations – Changes in travel dates or vehicles require prior notice and may attract additional charges.

  23. Re-routing Requests – Route changes during the journey will be accommodated if possible. Any additional tolls or charges are paid by the customer.

  24. Customer Feedback – Feedback is encouraged and should be submitted within 7 days of trip completion.

  25. Emergency Procedures – In emergencies, customers must follow the driver’s instructions for safe evacuation.

  26. Booking Requirement – Airport taxi must be booked at least one day in advance.

  27. Traffic Delays –Due to traffic congestion or unforeseen road conditions, if you are unable to reach the airport on time, Arunodaya Cabs will not be responsible for missed flights.

  28. Waiting Charges – If the flight is declared or delayed, waiting charges will apply as per the agreed rates.

  29. Toll and Parking Charges – Airport toll and parking fees are to be paid by the customer.

  30. Alternative Cab Option – If our cab is delayed or unavailable, you are free to book another cab; Arunodaya Cabs will not be held liable.

  31. Disclaimer: Lost or Damaged Belongings—Arunodaya Cabs is not responsible for any lost or damaged items, including jewelry, cash, mobile phones, or other valuable belongings during the trip. Passengers are advised to keep their personal items safe and ensure all belongings are checked before leaving the vehicle.
